A complete accounting service, incl.:

Complete, computerized and illustrative financial accounting service in accordance with international and the Republic of Latvia (LR) accounting standards:

- primary documentation control, stocktaking and execution;

- preparation and filing of corresponding reviews and reports;

- renewing accounting for previous time periods.

Taxes calculation, preparation of tax reports and declarations, its filing to public institutions;

(State Revenue Service (SRS), Central Statistical Bureau (CSB), Bank of Latvia (BL) and so on). Euroaudit uses Electronic declaration system (EDS);

Overpaid taxes restitution and divergence;

Preparation of enterprise financial reports:

- internal reports;

- operative reports;

- reports established by LR legal system;

(the mentioned report types include: profit-loss calculation, money flow, balance, debtor/creditor reports and other report types according to client’s demands).

Internal accounting and office management documents preparation according to the Republic of Latvia legal system: accounting politics, statements, acts, reports, instructions, etc.

Partial accounting service, incl.:

When using partial accounting service, enterprise can decide on its own, which accounting items and operations to manage by its own efforts and which to commit to Euroaudit, thus reducing Euroaudit accounting service costs. Euroaudit offers a possibility of partial accounting services of your enterprise in the following fields:

Accounting of debtors/creditors;

Salaries accounting from calculation to payments and reports filing;

Accounting of fixed assets, stocktaking, usage calculation, dissolution;

Payments management according to the client’s orders;

Other accounting areas.

Partial accounting services may also be used to increase information confidentiality at your enterprise in the case if the enterprise management does not want to disclose certain accounting calculations to its personnel, like salaries accounting and payment.

Remote accounting service, incl.:

Euroaudit has designed an Internet program EA INVOICE for its clients, which may be used for reliable, safe and prompt:

Drawing up a bill (invoice);

Stocktaking of incoming bills (invoices), consignments, checks, etc;

Storage goods accounting;

Accounting documents preparation (advance payments, waybills, delivery-acceptance certificates, orders, etc);

Accounting of current profits-losses;

Debtor/creditor payments terms management.

Information, submitted by client, is automatically integrated into the accounting program and does not require to be entered again. Using remote accounting service client may reduce Euroaudit accounting service costs. The only thing needed to use this program is a personal computer with Internet access.
